Zen Parking is a valet parking service at Madrid airport. A new way to travel that saves time, provides peace of mind, security and comfort. We developed the brand, the full website with rate calculator and the entire contracting process automation.
Zen Parking needed to launch their valet parking service from scratch: no brand, no website, no digital contracting process. The challenge was creating an identity that conveyed trust and comfort, a website that enabled online quoting and contracting, and automating the entire post-sale flow including digital contracts, payment gateway and CRM integration.
We turned the brand goals into a full visual identity: logo, colour palette and visual system. We designed a 100% responsive web prototype in Figma and implemented it with a JavaScript rate calculator that computes personalised rates based on dates, times and special conditions. We automated the entire process: payment gateway, automatic digital contract and real-time CRM synchronisation.
Zen Parking launched with a complete and professional digital presence from day one: brand, website and 100% automated contracting process, enabling clients to book, pay and receive their contract without manual intervention.
